Answer: We will assign your estimate request to a technician who will reach out to you asap (usually the same or the next day), then the technician will set up a meeting with you (if needed) and provide you the quote. Sometimes quotes can be done using google street view, or visiting the property without meeting.

Answer: For cleaning work or minor repairs, the work can usually be done at the same time as the estimate is provided. For work requiring picking up materials it may be just one day or up to 2-3 weeks depending on the workload we have lined-up already. We attend to customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
